The instant coffee in the room was a letdown. i found only powdered milk available. I expect fresh milk, or at least a proper coffee machine, in a hotel of this standard. the decor seemed a bit mismatched. it attempted to blend traditional features with cheap modern furniture (i felt it was not well-executed).

the staff offered a friendly greeting. my room included decaf tea bags as i requested. the television worked fine, and the ensuite was good. (that's always important)
the room only had instant coffee available. i also found powdered milk only. i expected a little more style considering the ratings. the decor seemed dated.

the room was very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was a positive with many options including vegetarian. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruits.
the decor seemed dated. there was only instant coffee available in the room i stayed in. the style did not quite match my expectations considering the rating.
